SagaBox

Monthly TTRPG
Subscription Box Service

“Let the epic continue!!!”

What is SagaBox?

SagaBox is a subscription-based mini-figure and stat card service. We offer a monthly box that includes three 3D printed mini-figures, custom stat cards to go with them, PDF downloads as well as additional item cards. These boxes are securely packed and shipped right to your door.

Each monster and item is new and original, with custom effects, attacks, and abilities created by our team. Our goal is to provide a more convenient and immersive tabletop gaming experience. No one likes digging for specific rules or trying to copy weapon statistics onto your player’s character sheets while in the middle of a game. We have all the information you could need all accessible on a handy card.

SagaBox is currently awaiting revival after our Kickstarter project.

Logo Design

The SagaBox logo incorporates a few different TTRPG concepts into one logo. The shape of the skull and eyes resemble d20 patterns, and the nose represents a d4 shape. The name of the brand, SagaBox, is in reference to the constantly expanding and ever-growing epic that unfolds during a TTRPG session.

Item & Monster Cards

I designed a series of cards to allow for quick and easy inventory and creature management for both game masters and players alike. This project required me to work closely with a rules designer and a professional artist in order to create unique and balanced cards.

Packaging

The branding for SagaBox aims to achieve a tactile aesthetic and old vintage feel. It accomplishes this by using hand-stamped boxes, and by embracing cardboard and paper textures. We also use wax stamps to seal the envelopes included inside each box.

Social Media Management

SagaBox was a project started from scratch and marketed primarily through social media. This means I was posting daily updates on Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit. These posts included reels, videos, stories, etc. This project also gave me experience in creating, maintaining, and analyzing social media advertisements.
